The website reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Payment and Refunds

1. A valid credit card or paypal account is required to purchase a product or service.
2. Services and digital products are purchased in advance and are non-refundable due to the digital nature of it. No refunds will be issued.
3. Please note that digital products are eBooks (an electronic book in pdf format) to be viewed on a computer, smart phone or tablet. It is not a physical hard or soft cover book. As this is a digital product
4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify a Service or Product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. Prices of all Services or Products are subject to change at anytime.
3. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of Services or Products.

Copyright and Content Ownership
